Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, production begins and the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded due to the bespoke nature of our products.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to update pricing, discontinue products, or launch promotions at our discretion.

Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways such as Razorpay and Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping.

Delivery delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, customs, courier issues) are beyond our control.

6. Customs, Duties & International Orders

Ravelia Lux is not liable for delays or fees imposed during customs clearance.

No returns or refunds are offered due to the made-to-order nature of our garments.
