Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. Each piece is made-to-order, ensuring exclusivity and craftsmanship tailored specifically to you.
Exchanges (Only in Case of Defects)
We offer exchanges only if the item received is defective or damaged. To be eligible:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
Clear photographs of the defect must be emailed to connect@ravelialux.com along with your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product or offer store credit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the garment enters production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
